Evet, eğer Profesör Doktor Bilge Yılmaz’la Türk ekonomisinin gelmişini geçmişini konuşmaya başlıyoruz. Hocam hoş geldiniz. Biz sizi bu programı ilk davet ediyoruz. Siz henüz daha siyasette değildiniz, yurtdışındaydınız, bu arada siyasete girdiniz. Şu anda İYİ Parti saflarında yer alıyorsunuz. Ekonomiden sorumlu başkan yardımcısı olduğunuzu. Ama bu akşam burada biz siyaset konuşmayacağız. İYİ Parti’ni kimimiz de hiç gelendirmiyor.
Biz tamamen sizin yıllardan beri söylediğinizi bir kez daha burada pakethanede ele almak istiyoruz. O yüzden de bunu söyleyeyim ki yani, tarafsız olmadığınız bilinsin ama İYİ Parti’li olmanızın sebebi İYİ Parti’li olmanız değil, zaten Türk ekonomisiyle ilgili dertleniyor olmanız. O yüzden hemen başlayacağız. Hemen önce de şunu sorayım ben size. Türk ekonomisiyle ilgili en büyük krizi, bundan önceki en büyük krizi 2001 yılda yaşadık ve arkasından bir Kemal Derviş programa başlatıldı.
Kemal Derviş IMF tarafından bir anlamda Türkiye’ye geldi. Dünya Bankası’nda zaten ekonomisti ve Türkiye’ye bir program uyguladı. AK Parti geldiğinde bu programı buldu ve sonrasında hep ilerleyen şu. AK Parti bu programı uyguladı ama programın revizyon gerektiği yerleri yapamadığı için başarılı bir program belli bir süre gitti. Ayrıca 2011’den sonra bu iş bozuldu. Size göre Derviş programı gerçekten İYİ ve Türkiye’yle uzun süre götürecek bir program mıydı yoksa o bir ekonomik krizden çıkış programıydı? Daha erken revizyon mu gerektiriyordu? Nasıl başladı AK Parti’nin döneminde 2001 krizinden sonra gelen AK Parti’nin 2001 krizi çözümleriyle süren süreci? Şimdi Türkiye dediğiniz gibi Bu krizi çözmek için bir istikrar, makyakalık istikrarı geri getirmek gerekiyordu.
O zaman kemalbeyi eleştirmiştim. O da programın bence iki tane zayıf tarafı vardı. Biri bu kemel sıkma politikası genelde bu imefede standarçılardan biridir. Biraz fedakarlık dar gelirlerin sırtına yüklendi. Bence o adil olmadı.
